This popular and unique class will inform you on how to prepare your body for birth and healing after delivery:

  • How to heal your core and Diastasis Recti
  • Take care of your body for an easier birth and faster recovery
  • Focus on restrengthening your core in a safe and effective way

What to expect:

The focus in this 2 hour class is restrengthening your core. You will learn and practice 3 exercises to support your healing. Additionally, you will be assessed for Diastasis Recti and learn helpful information to better take care of your body for life.  Pregnancy and childbirth put a lot of strain on your body and can cause problems for the rest of your life if you don’t know what to do.  Mama’s who’ve attended this class have said this material needs to be in every childbirth class.

  • Learn one exercise that can be done anywhere-anytime to help lose inches around your waist in as little as one week!
  • Get back into your pre-pregnancy clothes faster
  • Re-strengthen your core in a SAFE, effective way!
