Pelvic Health CONTINUING Education
Become the practitioner the body can trust.
The highest standard of pelvic health care is about more than learning the right technique. It is about providing skilled, individualized care in which clients feel safe, heard, respected, and supported.
Through our pelvic health continuing education courses, you will learn hands-on assessment and treatment techniques and how to cultivate another essential piece: yourself. We believe the practitioner is part of the treatment experience and that by helping you foster full body presence, self-awareness, intuition, co-regulation skills and connection, you will not only create a safe space for your clients – you will become a safe space for them as well.
Our goal is to help you provide a high standard of care through your development in three areas: mind, body and heart. The best results occur when you are able to work with all three areas together.

“Magic” Happens When We
Work With Mind, Body and Heart
“Things weren’t progressing. You walked in – and everything changed.
You listened, you guided and you worked your magic.
Because of you, I was able to have the kind of birth I had hoped and prayed for.”
From a letter Clare M., an IBH student and midwife, received from her client. The “magic” she did included
pregnant body release techniques and the Schulte Hold Clare learned through IBH courses.
“The pregnancy and postpartum courses have changed the way I treat and have given my patients faster and more effective outcomes! I am thrilled! Thank you!”
– Jobeth M., Occupational Therapist

A Note From Our Founder
Lynn Schulte, PT
You became a practitioner because you wanted to make a real difference – to help women feel stronger, move more freely, and experience pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery with confidence.
I started this journey with that same purpose.
After working with thousands of pregnant and postpartum clients and spending more than 10,000 hours treating people through some of life’s most transformative moments, I began noticing the same patterns again and again – patterns that often weren’t being recognized or addressed through traditional pelvic health training.
That curiosity became the foundation of the Institute for Birth Healing and the pelvic health continuing education we provide.
By combining clinical experience, research, anatomy, biomechanics, and a commitment to continually asking “Why?”, I developed an approach that helps pelvic health practitioners look beyond symptoms, uncover root causes of dysfunction and create meaningful, lasting change for their clients.
Today, my mission remains the same: to empower pelvic health practitioners with the knowledge, confidence and hands-on skills to help every client thrive during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
I’d love for you to join me in that mission — Lynn
