Hello, enjoying the course very much. So many wonderful techniques, have started using them a lot already.
Wanted to ask how do you work with internal bladder sphincter, the quiz asked about it and I don’t remember, unless I missed it, then I am sorry, will be watching all of it again.
Also wanted to check how soon can you work with your postpartum women internally, and how often do you have the sessions.

You probably missed it because there isn’t that much to do with the internal sphincter other than after repositioning the bladder, just place your finger on the bladder sphincter and just give it some love as it may have been pulled on with the bladder malpositioned and we want to help it find it’s good position. There is no motion or anything you need to do with it other than encourage it to be happy in there! 🙂
