So glad you are here too Heather. These first 2 months of material are all new from the 4 day old Advanced course.

I’ve started my journal after 1st viewing which was a stop start journey and then watched again answering questions about myself and asking questions of myself along the way.
The first time I watched the video I began responsive chat in this box, sadly I wasn’t able to save it as had to leave the session midway.
I would like to share a few AHA moments from recall and notes I took.
    4Cs- strengths: connect, curious, courage
To be developed: center continuously to provide detached compassion.
3s- strength: stay in service, set boundaries
To be developed: cleanse room, set intention
Visualization Connecting- brought difficulties with verbiage- had to sit with this and clear my judgement
Pelvic Bowl Sweep- imagery for me was just my hands sweeping as in visceral mobilization, trigger surprised me with word instrument, releasing someone else from my pelvis I sat with repeatedly to figure out who that could be.
Breath- very familiar I use this and tune in easily with this
Successful treatment- my words are almost identical w Lynn when I work with clients, empower and heal yourself are phrases I use all day long. I resonated with intuition, knowing limit or wrong client fit, grounding with holding Joy and Love.
Compassionate Detachment- recognizing my Pelvic journey with clients is the deepest, most personal, and most vulnerable space. I feel comfortable to check my reactions, and explore when I start to internalize stay curious and get support to heal. Empathy without absorption.
Self love- more love grows more healing with clients and less judgement. Amen.
Open Heart or Closed Heart?- yes I know difference and I am being more curious to keep open heart.
HU- wonderful spiritual excercise with tone, shape of mouth an position of tongue connects directly to pelvis for me.
Open vs Closed Mind- my awareness and curiosity opens my mind when I feel my base emerge I can set it free, similar when other’s Closed mind could set up barrier invite them to remain curious.
Living in the Question- power of positivity, I resonate this. I use what how questions internally all day, filling my head and heart with curiosity and wonder with patience
somtimes silence waiting for the idea.
Relationship Dynamics- empower is my motto, guide my tool, answers will come from client not me.
Pacing- Yes volume speed listening to breath and listening to words as well as hands. Trauma deserves less input, small changes, shorter session and ample quiet time for slow processing. Trust built as the journey unfolds side by side not led or followed, becoming synchronous. Teaching partners of clients I engage with often and inviting partners to sync with me and their beloved is a Joyous moment.
Allowing or Controlling- Lynn I am living your jacket on kid in cold weather story, have been for 5 years. I will let it go! I will keep open mind, keep curious on my control behavior with my child in doing do will open my heart and mind and gain synchronicity and trust. Even if jacket never worn.
Study Buddy- patiently waiting for assigned partner. I feel ready to collaborate and contribute with another student now.
