This is newer information. Loved the article Virginia, thanks for sharing it. Knowing the pelvic structures and what pubic arch angle is and PSIS to ischial tuberosities is still helpful for encouraging our clients for birth. This article states it so clearly, we never know what the baby and pelvic can do but having balanced structures and baby in a good position is going to set up the ability to birth to be as successful as it can be.
