The psoas is my favorite muscle. I have only ever used the through the belly method, so I look forward to learning alternative ways to access this muscle.

I agree that the abdominal approach has always felt too intense to address the psoas muscle belly. Have you found any benefit in treating iliacus as in indirect way to release psoas tension?

I haven’t approached it from that angle so no I can’t say I have any experience doing that. I’ll check it out. Thanks for the comment.
