Absolutely I’ve noticed that verbalizing what I find in the body assists with the shifts and releases – I call it ‘validating the body’, it’s very powerful! Also, sometimes when I meet the resistance that doesn’t seem to want to shift/release, I let the body know that there is no forcing/no straining, and no agenda – it does not need to release until it’s ready. Sometimes that is enough to let the body feel safe enough to start to let go. I love all the info in this lesson, it’s a game changer for working with the body!

I love this Katherine and totally agree. It’s like playing hide and seek, once you say it out loud, the shifts start to happen! Thanks for sharing.
