Thank you for presenting these deep concepts of noticing our shadows and identifying our triggers/memories in a succinct way. I was able to journal some specific triggers and explore the history in a few minutes which made this section attainable. Stepping outside and flipping the lens can be scary, but the way you explained this was approachable and not scary.
So glad to hear Lori. It doesn’t have to be scary although our ego sometimes makes us think it is so we don’t go there. So glad you were able to explore this. Great job!
