    How many times would you have the patient do these exercises? Is there a general range like about 3x or 5x at each station?

      I just have them do this exercise once, daily until the pelvis feels better or when they come back to see you and you notice the pelvis is in a better position.

    If you are seeing a client during pregnancy, would you give this to them to start at home post-partum before they come back to see you? If so how soon post-partum can they start?

      Day of birth it can be done! Have them do it daily until they see you and then assess to see if they still need to be doing it if you found their bones still splayed.
