Thank you for this explanation! I feel like this is the first time that it all clicked in my head as far as the rotations of the Ilium and the sacrum. That right on right left and left all those things used to make my head swim and I would just shut down.
So as a simplified rule (pending we can’t fully correct during pregnancy): In prolonged EARLY labour, if right ILA is more prominent the birth team would press on that side, + If right leg is shorter, she would lunge with that same leg with knee up during labour ? Did I get that right?
