    Question 1: I am not sure I understood the first question. Did you mean there “are two parts” as in: stabilizing on pubic bone and pulling towards the left , or as in both prone and supine? I thought it meant, are we both pulling and springing which here would be no..

    Question 2: I don’t understand why answers 2 and 3 are correct here as I thought common birth pattern had the sacrum to the right and the goal was to bring it back to the mid line so moving it to the left. Is it because it is a sheering motion ?

      You have to think back to the first technique and that is the first step to correcting the sacrum and the sheer is the second step. There are two techniques you need to do to get the sacrum back into it’s proper midline position.

      Sorry, the correct answer is the last one,the 1st and 4th options are correct.
