I see that you chose the L side of her body to do the Schulte Hold for the uterosacral release. Is there any specific side we should do it on or we can choose either side?
You want to see if you can feel a connection between your hands once you are on the structures. For the US lig, your bottom hand is doing the Schulte hold, on ILA and ischium and then when you put your other hand on the uterus you should feel a connection between your two hands when you intend to the US ligament. THe connection means you are on the same structure, or intending to the same tissue. Hope this helps.

You do the Schulte hold on the tight side. You want to be compressing the tighter side bones to help in the release of that tight side.
I am not sure if I missed the explanation, but I am confused as to what does ” connection” mean in this context? How do I feel it?
