Do you every do the springing at the end range for the treatment step, or just a long hold until feeling it release? I’m asking because the classic passive accessory mobilization glides on the upper segments of the spine usually involve a pulsing movement. TIA!
Anna, Do what works. I have found success in just holding but see what a tiny pulse does. As long as it doesn’t create pain and it changes the mobility of the joint structures then I doesn’t matter.
