I am used to the ‘nitty-gritty’, detailed assessment of the pelvis. I find that treatment can then be challenging if ‘there’s a lot going on’ either physically or emotionally. This technique cuts away so much physical complexity, I’m looking forward to trying this.
Carmen. I agree. I like to help you get out of your head and into your hands so you can really feel what is happening in the tissues as that is the key, it’s not in our brains! This approach is so simplistic, does it move the same side to side or is it significantly different and when it is figure out how to make them move the same. Have fun with this!
