Just to clarify, in the pregnant client, you would NOT be doing this in prone, correct?

I am not seeing a page with a visual for this demo. It goes from PSIS palpation to Sacral Rotation Mobility..this is not the same as what what you are demonstrating in this video correct?

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Correct, and sorry I didn’t create a workbook sheet fpr this palpation.

  3. Mary Beth Thompson says:

At what stage of labor or station the baby is in would the labor team push on the “stuck” ILA to help open during labor.

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Usually pushing on the ILA will help the inlet open more but I just tell the birth team if the baby stalls push where I mark the X on there body. They don’t always know exactly where baby is during the labor so if the process seems to be stalling have them push there.

This is in prone , prone is not recommended then in which position we palpate ?

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

You’ll learn another position to do all the prone techniques in but you’ll also learn to do all of them in supine too.
