Thank you for adding the second video! I was wondering what to do with my second hand and was thinking pubic bone or arm across the ASISs could be helpful. I’ll give the pubic bone a try!
I know you said we hold our mobilization until we feel a release. But if we don’t feel a release rather quickly, how long should we wait to allow it to release before moving onto a different structure that may need to be released first?
Thanks!
When you say the ‘palm of your hand’ do you actually mean the flatter central palm area or do you mean the heel of the hand?
Heel of your hand. The padded part of the heel.

If the tissue doesn’t respond within 30 seconds, which is a long time to hold a mobilization! move on to another technique or structure.
