Hi, where do pictures come from in this lecture please ?

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Netter and Clemente’s anatomy books and some I had drawn.

  2. Sarah Meissel says:

Would a pessary help to return the USL to it’s shortened position if it’s not returning after the typical 4 weeks?

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Yes it can help for sure. Some studies are showing if a woman wears a pessary in the early postpartum period for 12-18 months that it can correct prolapses. More studies are needed but it makes sense to me why!

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Usually your clients will share that they are being watched more closely, but multiple fetuses, any placental issues, cervical issues, blood pressure issues, or any concerns with the baby all can create high risk in the pregnancy.
