Once you release a ligament such as the Broad ligament, does that ligament need further attention at follow up appointments or is your goal following the release to help with muscle balance to keep the tension off of that specific area?
Sara, I always check uterine ligament mobility each session and treat what I find. As the uterus grows with the pregnancy you never know if a released restriction might come back. So don’t assume once you’ve treated it and got better mobility that it stays. We just don’t know!
In the lab manual, you show working in sidelying for the broad ligament. When do you work in supine and when do you work in sidelying for this technique? Thanks!

Over the years I do supine for early pregnancy and non pregnant clients, but sidelying for later on in pregnancy when the uterus is much bigger.
