    So the workbook picture of this release is shown with patient in sidelying, wondering if you prefer one over the other.?

      In non pregnant clients I like doing this technique in supine but in pregnant clients especially those in third trimester I find the sidelying technique to be easier to help the structures come together. You can do either as long as you get the release in the ligament and greater mobility in the uterus side to side.

    Can releasing these structures help with endometriosis pain in our non-pregnant population?

      YES!!! Endo is sticky so helping to improve mobility of the organs is huge, it just doesn’t stay long term as the endo continues to spread.
