I’m wondering about your working position from an ergonomic perspective. Do you always work standing up? Do you think it’s crucial to make contact with the sacrum with your hand between your legs, rather than under the nearest thigh to reach the sacrum that way?
    Thank you <3

I think it’s important to contact the sacrum from the midline to get a good sense of how the sacrum is sitting in the pelvis. Where the tailbone lands in your hand it a pretty good indicator of what’s going on with it. I always work with the sacrum between the legs and then will come from the side for the ischium/ilium rebalancing and I do sit for that one. Any chance I can get my forearms on the table and relax my body I’m doing it!
