    What is your hand position on the lower sacrum? Are you just using your fingers or palm? Are you able to show using the bony pelvic model?

      My fingers are on the lower part of the sacrum near the coccyx attachment. I can show you this in the group call in June for those of you in the first group cohort.

    for ergonomics, is it best to be on the side you are treating? So if treating right side, stand on right side, use L hand to cup sacrum and R hand to compress R adductors?

      YES! Please always treat on the side of the body you are wanting to make change on.
