for ergonomics, is it best to be on the side you are treating? So if treating right side, stand on right side, use L hand to cup sacrum and R hand to compress R adductors?
What is your hand position on the lower sacrum? Are you just using your fingers or palm? Are you able to show using the bony pelvic model?

YES! Please always treat on the side of the body you are wanting to make change on.
