After doing these releases, do you expect to repeat them at subsequent sessions, or do you find that the tissues maintain their mobility for longer periods of time?
Both. Some I find they stay releases and others the tightness is back but usually not to the same degree of tightness. I think it has a lot to do with their habits and how they are using their body. Standing on one leg all the time, carrying an child, sitting habits. All these contribute.
