I am confused you mentioned in the video that the sacrum could still be birthing and the ischiums not, or the ischiums could still be birthing and the sacrum is, then said the ischiums are always birthing if the sacrum is – the second half of question one doesn’t make sense to me then…?
When I recorded the video I felt at that time that they were always happening together but since then I have found one to be still birthing and the other to not be and vise versa so I apologize for the confusion and my awareness of things has changed. You can find the sacrum to be birthing and not the ischiums and you can also find the ischiums to be splaying and not the sacrum still birthing. Thanks for clarifying!
