  1. I have also been taught to keep the legs straight when treating the pelvic organs as bending the knees causes the pelvis to posteriorly tilt which then tips the organs further back so they can be harder to palpate. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thanks

      Do what you feel the most in the tissues. I like the knees bent up for Uterosacral ligament and broad ligament work as it allows my fingers to sink into the tissues deeper but with uterus on bladder I like the legs straight and with round ligament I like them straight.
