    i thought we would try to avoid doming wherever possible?, but perhaps its not possible to avoid altogether

      As I learn more I don’t feel the doming is as important as the makeup of the tissue collagen and and healing really happens in the first 8 weeks after birth so we have a small window to get the recti as close together in those weeks so the oblique release and recti release are super important to do as soon as possible after birth.
