  1. What would you do if the patient has too much pain to touch/ pressure on the sacrum? Have you tried the symmetry exercises from Cecile Rost? Would you work on the ligaments or abdomen first? thanks Cheri

      Yes! Try anything that decreases pressure on it, the symmetry exercises and anything that attaches to it first and see if that changes it’s sensitivity. Work around it and then recheck to see what is happening. Try prone then supine too as different positions may be better.

    once these tissues are released should they hold for labor or do you think it would require multiple adjustments as the body has adapted to those positions

      It depends how long it’s been held in the body. The longer it’s been in there it may need reminding. It’s our clients habits that create the imbalances in their tissues so helping them to figure out how to stay balanced is key.
