What would you do if the patient has too much pain to touch/ pressure on the sacrum? Have you tried the symmetry exercises from Cecile Rost? Would you work on the ligaments or abdomen first? thanks Cheri
Yes! Try anything that decreases pressure on it, the symmetry exercises and anything that attaches to it first and see if that changes it’s sensitivity. Work around it and then recheck to see what is happening. Try prone then supine too as different positions may be better.
