so the last question 20 meant the other techniques we learned in treating the post partum body – lung/diaphragm re-balancing, oblique and rectus release, bladder/cervix/uterus mobilizations and intravaginal and core protocols….??? I answered too quickly 🙁
Absolutely. Any baby that comes out less than ideal will cause more strain on the pelvic bones. They have to open up wider for the baby to pass through.
