Dear Lynn,
I was wondering if at some point you would tell us how do you take your anamneses, or would you share with us your Intake form.
I still feel not well equipped on how do I write on paper my findings, in a way that at the next session I can read my notes and directly have a picture of my client.
Naima, I just write about what doesn’t move or what is restricted. Decreased mobility in R SIJ, decrease lateral mobility of uterus to the L, or tightness in R uterosacral ligament, R ischal splay, restricted R side rectal fascia to the left, I don’t have to write down my treatment approach in my notes as when I write my findings I know my treatment to that. If you have to write down treatments it was be R rotation mobilization of sacrum, R broad ligament release, R uterosacral release, medial mobilzation of R ischium, rectal fascia relase, etc. Hope this helps!
