During your initial evaluation, I will listen to the energy of your body, which draws me to the core issue that needs attention. You will receive treatment in your first session so you will feel a change in your body after your first visit.
We always start by working on the external tissues first, assessing the pelvis, abdomen and nervous system. If internal vaginal work is needed, I want you and your body to feel comfortable with my touch and treatment approach so starting externally is necessary to establish this rapport with your body. I can sense when your body is not on board for internal work even if your mind says it is. Your energy will direct your treatment. When we listen to what your body needs and wants your treatment will be more successful.
After the hands-on part of the treatment, you will be instructed in specific exercises for your particular issues. I understand the life of a busy mom so I prescribe only those exercises that are the most important for your recovery.
- One on One Hands-on sessions. No modalities are used in this practice. I work with you the entire time.
- Individualized Treatment and Exercise Plan. I understand your busy lifestyle and give you only the most effective exercises to address your issues. You won’t be wasting your time doing exercises that aren’t really helping your situation.
- Working on all levels; physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually. I am able to get to the root of your problem and address the real issue to alleviate your pain and offer you more complete healing.
Schedule yourself on our online scheduler to find the best day and time that works for you. We will send you an evaluation form to fill out and bring in with you when you come in for your session. Just wear comfortable stretchy clothing, jeans can be a little harder to work through. We’ll see you at your session either at the Joy Collective in Boulder at 2800 Folsom St. or the Mamahood in Denver at 2902 Zuni St. Don’t live in the area or unable to travel, consider a Skype Session.
