We all know how to care for others, but do we take care of ourselves? Unfortunately, research tells us that we are less likely to follow our own advice.

Today, I invite you to begin a daily self-care routine. Set aside as little as 5 to 10 minutes to care for yourself. You will be amazed at how little time it takes to shift your body and mind. 

Experts suggest varying practices of self-care and wellbeing that include:

I want to share a meditation I frequently use throughout the day. Especially on days when I am rushing around, faced with a stressful situation, or just completed a problematic client session. This mediation helps me to ground myself back to the present moment, slow down my racing mind, and relax my nervous system
