We will also cover exercises/techniques to facilitate healing for a faster recovery. MODULE: STEP 1 THE BABY IN A GOOD POSITION
Learn what you can do and what needs to happen in your abdomen to allow baby to get into the best position for your labor.
MODULE: STEP 2: THE PELVIC BONES ABLE TO OPEN FOR BIRTH
Understand how the pelvic bones move for birth and what moves you can do to help the pelvis open. Learn how to help avoid and heal from sciatic pain.
MODULE: STEP 3: PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES
Learn how the pelvic floor muscles impact birth and how they are the stoplight for birth and what you can do to help relax them during labor.
MODULE: STEP 4: LABOR CONSIDERATIONS
Learn the best positions during labor to support your pelvic floor muscles to help avoid tearing and ways your partner can help open up your pelvis. Learn the ideal way to “push” your baby out that involves your pelvic floor muscles
MODULE: THE PELVIS AFTER BIRTH
The pelvis opens into a certain pattern for birth. Learn what to look for to know if your bones are still in the open birthing pattern and ways to facilitate their closing.
MODULE: TRAUMA AFTER BIRTH
As natural as childbirth is, it can be traumatic. Learn to identify signs of trauma and effective ways to help facilitate healing and knowing when to seek help.
MODULE: THE BELLY AFTER BIRTH
Learn how to assess your belly for diastasis recti, how to help speed up the healing of it after birth. We also cover what to do with cessarean scar tissue and what you can do to prevent 3 major issues later on if you do have a cesarean birth.
MODULE: OTHER POSTPARTUM ISSUES
Learn how to do your daily activities like breastfeeding and carrying your baby to support overall healing, and how to prevent prolapse of pelvic organs and how we can stop the rise of pelvic surgeries in the future.
Understand which activities you’ll want to avoid that can make birth more challenging
Learn what is essential for your body to be able to do for a natural birth
Know techniques your partner can do to encourage opening of the pelvic bones during birth
Learn the proper way to do perineal massage prior to birth

Navigate and facilitate postpartum healing of issues such as incontinence, painful intercourse, pelvic and back pains and cesarean births
This 9 module course includes videos of lectures and lab instructions with some handouts. There are quizzes to insure you learn the information, techniques, and exercises.
