In this course, you will learn all about the key areas of your body that influences birth and what you can do to help yourself prepare your body for a more successful birth. Additionally, you will understand ways you and your partner can help encourage and influence the pelvis to open up during labor. We will also cover exercises/techniques to facilitate healing for a faster recovery. The information, techniques, and exercises covered in this course are not taught in traditional childbirth classes. Join me in getting the care and treatment you deserve.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Understand which activities you’ll want to avoid that can make birth more challenging
Learn what is essential for your body to be able to do for a natural birth
Know techniques your partner can do to encourage opening of the pelvic bones during birth
Learn the proper way to do perineal massage prior to birth
Learn how to avoid/minimize diastasis recti and prolapse
Understand ways to help heal from a traumatic birth
Navigate and facilitate postpartum healing of issues such as incontinence, painful intercourse, pelvic and back pains and cesarean births
