        Lynn,
When I download the certificate for the online post partum course it only has my pregnancy live course. In order for reimbursement I need to show a certificate of completion. Excellent course. Thank you!

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Thanks Nancy! I do cover more on SPD in the Pregnancy course. So much information to cover! Thanks for taking this course.

    Hi Lynn!
When checking thoracic mobility, can you talk more about how your top hand on the anterior body is looking for the spot that “really connects” into the spot along the spinous processes where you located the reduced mobility? Is it that you’re feeling along the sternum and sterno-costal line anteriorly and seeing where you find another restriction anteriorly and that is the “connected” spot? Thank you!

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

The anterior hand is not looking for a restriction, it’s looking for the best connection to your bottom hand. That can be anywhere on the anterior body. Palpate around, compress posterior with the top hand and the spot that really connects into your bottom hand is the answer and where you should stay.
